Hello NKMLA families,
We surveyed our membership and heard that you want some outdoor box lacrosse.

We heard that those of you that are interest have experienced players and want sessions targeted at high intensity skills development.

Based on your feed back we have put together a non-contact safe series of sessions that will challenge your child’s fitness and motivate them with lacrosse compete drills, all while being safe, non-contact and OLA and City of Ottawa compliant.

Sessions will be age appropriate.  This means Peanut and Tyke will focus on challenging players while coaching the fundamentals while at the older age groups player should be prepared to hustle and work.

Sessions will begin August 24th and will run for 5 weeks.  A 6th week will be available for rain day rescheduling.

Locations will be posted on the registration portal.  We will be using two outdoor boxes in the west end of the city.
