Dear Knights House League Families,
After two long years, we are enthusiastically moving to the resumption of house league gameplay. Kids and players alike are excited to compete and showcase their skill development. The NKMLA executive would like to wish all the teams a great season and the best of luck!
At this time we would like to extend a warm welcome back to our referees and timekeepers. Without these two vital roles, it would be impossible to play these games. Additionally, the NKMLA would be remiss if we didn’t ask parents, coaches, and players to show our referees and timekeepers the utmost respect, empathy, and gratitude. Many referees and timekeepers have had limited opportunities to resume these roles since COVID. Mistakes will occur! Patience is required and expected. As well, we are welcoming many new officials and timekeepers to our association. Many are teens or young adults who deserve nothing but our thanks for getting kids back into game action. All participants are expected and required to abide by the NKMLA Code of Conduct.
Thanks for your understanding and GO KNIGHTS GO!
Yours in lacrosse,
Al Brown President, NKMLA
Jill Balcom House League Director, NKMLA
Jo-Anne Green Competitive Director – Girls, NKMLA
