About the House League Program

The Knights Lacrosse Association offers all players the chance to participate in the Association’s House League program. This program allows all players to practice and play against players of their own age and skill level from the ages of 4 to 21. The emphasis is on learning and creating a positive, fun atmosphere. The program is divided almost equally between action-packed games and skill-developing practices. A regular season is followed by an exciting playoff season.

The Association promotes a code of conduct to ensure that all players, coaches and referees are treated with respect.

Peanut and Paperweights

Peanuts and Paperweights do not have team sort-outs as there are no assigned teams. Their program will begin on Saturday May 1 at the John Mlacak Arena. Details of the time slots will be posted shortly.

House League Sort-Outs

All players not playing on competitive Team-1 teams must attend the League Sort-Outs. Please refer to the schedule below for your time and date. Returning players are those who have played with Knights in 2010, including changing age divisions (eg Novice to Peewee). New players are those who have did not play for the Knights in 2009, regardless of experience with other associations. If you are unsure of which age division your player is in, please check the Registration Page Due to the volume of players and the short time frame, we cannot accomodate changes in the schedules. Players must show up for the session they are assigned to.

2010 Sort-Out Dates

The 2010 House League Sort Out schedule is below. The schedule is based on Age Division, first letter of the Last Name, and whether the player is new or returning. A New Player is one who did not play for the Knights in 2009 and a Returning Player played for the Knights last year (it is NOT classified by previous playing experience or not).
