Prostar Lacrosse Camps
Summer Clinics (ages 5-14)
ProStar Lacrosse offers Summer skills clinics in Ottawa. Instructors Jeff Zywicki, All-Star NLL sniper, and Jason Wiles, Orillia Rama Kings Junior A coach, concentrate on skills development for younger players while keeping a fun and lively atmosphere.

Zone 5 Referee Clinics
Certification Level 1 to 3
Each year, the Nepean Knights Minor Lacrosse Association offers a referees clinic. The clinic is open to interested people born in 1994 or earlier. The details and requirements for the clinic will be posted as they become available. Click here for further details.
Timekeepers
Are you interested in timekeeping lacrosse this year? If you are available the NKMLA would like to hear from you. There are a few requirements that must be fulfilled before you can start (see below), but once these are met you are ready to start timekeeping.
